Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a customer service assistant to support visitors at Napier/Botanic Garden MRT area. You will rove the gardens, answer queries, greet guests, and assist with crowd safety and incident reporting.

The role involves outdoor engagement, welcoming guests, and delivering service recovery when needed. A minimum education level of GCE O Level/NITEC and at least 1 year in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in outdoor environments.
• Hospitality/tourism or attractions exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Job description

• Location: Napier/Botanic Garden MRT

• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm/4 Days per week

• Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

• Performance Bonus every 6 months!!!

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous

• Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment

• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred

• Comfortable to handle different on ground situations
