Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a customer service host for Napier/Botanic Garden area to greet visitors, answer queries, and maintain safety. You will rove the gardens, help with information duties, and deliver courteous service in an outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service; hospitality or tourism experience is preferred. The role follows a 7:30am to 7:30pm schedule, four days per week, with performance incentives and a monthly base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in outdoor environments.
• Hospitality/tourism/attractions experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling different on-ground situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors' queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

Performance Bonus every 6 months!!!

Requirements
