Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a customer service associate for Napier/Botanic Garden MRT area to assist visitors and manage queries. This outdoor role involves roving duties, greeting guests, and ensuring visitor safety in a busy garden environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum GCE O Level or NITEC, with at least 1 year in customer service.

Hospitality or tourism experience is a plus. 4 days per week, 7.30am–7.30pm, with a base salary of $2000 plus monthly performance incentives and a semi-annual

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in outdoor environments.
• Work experience in hospitality, tourism or attractions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
