Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Funding Operations Specialist to support STF and Augmentation programs in a fast-paced technology environment. You will validate data, track programs end-to-end and prepare monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across markets, partners, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, channel programs, finance operations or rebates management.
• Strong analytical skills with data validation, reporting, reconciliation and tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across markets, partners, Finance and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimisation, automation and operational excellence.
• Proactive, customer-focused team player with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, approve and release STF and Augmentation funding requests through the respective web applications, ensuring completeness and data accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end tracking of STF and Augmentation programs, including follow-up on quotations, agreements and partner claims.
• Monitor rebate requests against approved funding, identify discrepancies and escalates issues where necessary.
• Maintain and consolidate trackers, generate monthly reports and ensure timely updates across systems and market stakeholders.
• Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure contract details, agreement information, funding records and system data are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and communicate monthly accrual, utilization and performance reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support GTM Funds allocation, utilization tracking, country-level fund management and quarterly funding updates.
• Monitor funding utilization and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure optimal fund consumption and compliance with targets.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Hiring Manager.
