Job summary

Atome Financial in Singapore is seeking a Treasury & Funding Operations Executive to support day-to-day treasury activities including funding operations, bank accounts, cash and liquidity monitoring, and intercompany loans. You will work with Finance Operations to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has a finance degree, 1–3 years in treasury or funding operations, solid Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of treasury, banking, finance operations, funding operations or audit experience.
• Good understanding of cash management and banking operations.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and reconciliations.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with FX operations, intercompany loans or treasury systems an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools in finance/treasury operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Funding Operations: manage funding partner reporting, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Cash & Liquidity: monitor bank balances, cash positions, and forecasting.
• Bank Management: open/close bank accounts and manage access; ensure KYC and records.
• Intercompany Loans: maintain schedules, drawdowns, repayments, and interest.
• FX Operations: monitor FX maturities and settlements; maintain schedules.
