Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in steel fabrication or related industries.
• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate production schedules based on project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress and ensure completion of works according to planned targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production demands.
• Ensure all production works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor the condition and utilization of production equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
