Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, statistics, analytics or related field.
• Prior internship in a tech or high-growth company is a plus.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with interest in on-demand / food delivery.
• Test-and-learn mindset: frame a hypothesis, run experiments, act on results.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI performance management: acquisition, first-order conversion, MAU growth for countries.
• Analyze customer and funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and run experiments to test growth levers and read out results.
• Execute operational changes like incentives and cross-country alignments.
• Partner with local teams to implement priorities and ensure budget alignment.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to support growth initiatives.
• Build management reporting and present findings to senior stakeholders.
