Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead the Restaurant Team and drive data-informed product decisions from Singapore and Berlin. The role focuses on building a robust analytics foundation, defining product metrics, and enabling rapid experimentation across the customer journey.

You will partner with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape strategy, deliver insights, and influence executive-level decisions in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or an equivalent education.
• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Background in statistics, strong understanding of statistical tests and causal inference; hands-on AB testing experience.
• Deep expertise in SQL and proficiency with analytical tools (Python, R, dbt, Looker, Tableau).
• Experience with large-scale user data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience influencing senior leaders.

• Strategic Partnership & Influence: Partner with product leadership; develop hypotheses to drive business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with senior product and business stakeholders and align priorities.
• Data Strategy & Foundations: Contribute to analytics foundation, improve instrumentation and self-serve analytics.
• Team Development & Coaching: Grow a team of analysts and a junior manager; set goals and provide feedback.
