You will translate business growth goals into scalable product and campaign strategies and oversee end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years in growth, campaign, or related product roles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to own projects from conception to implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate goals into structured product solutions and execution plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; summarize insights and drive action.
• Capable of delivering growth projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PNL and business teams to understand growth objectives and translate them into product and campaign requirements.
• Lead planning and execution of growth-related product initiatives, including campaigns and user journeys.
• Own end-to-end delivery of growth projects across engineering, design, marketing and ops.
• Analyze campaign and growth performance; conduct post-launch reviews and optimize effectiveness.
• Stay informed on growth trends and apply insights to the business.
