Job summary

duotech pte. ltd. is hiring to own the Daily Active Users (DAU) as the core OKR and to develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with advertising, marketing and sales teams.

The role requires close communication with frontline stakeholders and coordination with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, along with tracking industry trends to guide strategy and product iterations.

Qualifications

• Strong data sensitivity and familiarity with user behaviour analysis, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Clear logical thinking, strong execution, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Background in fintech, marketing or data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own DAU (Daily Active Users) as the core OKR. Develop and execute user growth strategies, working closely with the advertising, marketing and sales teams to hit growth targets.
• Maintain close communication with frontline stakeholders to gather business requirements, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously track competitor activities and industry trends to inform product iterations and business strategy.
• Analyse user behaviour and product data on an ongoing basis to identify growth bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Manage in-app push notifications and promotional placements to increase product visibility and user engagement.
