Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Growth/Product Manager to drive consumer growth for card-related products in Singapore. You will collaborate with product, engineering, design and operations to launch growth features and optimize user journeys.

The role requires building campaigns, gathering requirements, and conducting analyses such as A/B tests to uncover opportunities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building consumer products and driving user growth across acquisition, activation, engagement or retention.
• Familiarity with product management processes including requirements collection, coordination and testing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.

• Support card user growth initiatives across user outreach, acquisition, activation, spending and retention.
• Help design and launch cashback, rewards and promotional campaigns.
• Gather requirements and work with product, engineering, design and operations teams to deliver growth features and improve user journeys.
• Track performance metrics and support A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, risk and compliance teams to support campaign delivery.
• Support card issuing product development by gathering requirements, writing product requirement documents (PRDs), and coordinating with cross-functional teams on delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in building consumer products and driving user growth, covering acquisition, activation, engagement or retention.
• Familiarity with product or project management processes, including requirements collection, coordination and testing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.

Good to have Qualification(s):

• Experience working with user-facing tech companies, payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience in user product growth such as A/B testing and funnel analysis, proficiency in SQL or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience in product management is a plus.
