Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a digital content, audience development, or newsroom producer role within a media organization.
• Exceptional editorial judgment, copywriting skills, and a strong eye for visual curation.
• Deep understanding of CMS, publishing tools, and digital content strategy including SEO and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Digital Operations & Curation: Manage homepage curation, story queues, tickers and quality control; deploy push notifications and newsletters to drive traffic; implement recirculation strategies to boost time-on-site.
• Content Strategy & Optimization: Translate audience insights into strategies for new content formats and distribution channels; manage SEO, keywords, GEO exploration; support loyalty programs through digital touchpoints.
• Innovation & Product Collaboration: Identify new product features with Product Manager, pilot AI tools to enhance user experience and efficiency; monitor trends to advise on high-engagement packaging.
