Oliz Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive 0-to-1 brand growth across local and international markets. You will own paid ads, KOL partnerships, email flows, and ecommerce optimization to scale Solene Fertility and other health brands.

You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced startup setting, leverage Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics to optimize CAC/ROAS, grow audiences, and improve conversion funnels while collaborating with a small, agile team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, plus Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Experience in KOL/influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Good understanding of creative testing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimisation.
• Resourceful, analytical, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• 0-to-1 Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, test new acquisition channels, and scale successful campaigns across different markets.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
• KOL & Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage KOLs, influencers, UGC creators, and affiliate partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to campaign execution.
• Email Marketing: Build and optimise email campaigns, automated flows, customer segmentation, and retention strategies using Klaviyo or similar tools.
• Creative Strategy: Research competitors, develop advertising hooks and concepts, coordinate content production, and continuously test new creatives.
• E-commerce Optimisation: Improve Shopify landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels to drive sales.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and recommend improvements based on data.
