Job summary

GratiData in Singapore is seeking a Growth & Partnership Associate to drive business development, influencer outreach, and strategic partnerships for our telco engagement app. You will support contracts, financial forecasting, and market research under management guidance.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or 1–2 years' experience, with a diploma or bachelor’s in business or related field, strong Excel skills, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read and understand commercial documents and contracts.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to suitable content creators and potential partners.
• Coordinate influencer and partnership campaigns from outreach to execution.
• Assist in reviewing commercial documents, NDAs, and agreements.
• Prepare financial models and projections in Excel; conduct scenario analyses.
• Support reports, presentations and market research for management.
