Job summary

HFSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive enrolment growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand participation across HFSE Global Education Group’s schools and services.

You will collaborate with Management, Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to identify growth opportunities and develop practical proposals aligned with capacity and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education Management, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least two years in business development, sales, partnerships, or student recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue student enrolment, programme participation, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement growth activities aligned with approved plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, education providers, and partners.
• Coordinate referrals, education packages, and collaborative initiatives with Management approval.
• Generate qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up with Admissions.
