Qualifications

• Degree in Education or a registered teaching qualification (NIE Diploma or Post-Grad Diploma in Education, QTS or equivalent).
• At least 2-3 years experience in teaching.
• Passionate about education, nurturing and caring for students.
• Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity.
• Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges.
• Ability to be agile and work with ambiguity.
• Embrace growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs.
• Plan lessons and prepare learning materials and resources.
• Provide a positive learning environment.
• Ensure students well-being and safety.
• Engage parents for feedback on students progress and gaps.
• Monitor and document students learning progress and gaps.
• Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher.
• ECA/CCA and student support.
• Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management.
