Job summary

STEI INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled business development leader to drive strategic partnerships with overseas educational institutions and to expand student recruitment in priority markets.

You will negotiate with senior partners and manage international relationships to create articulation pathways and growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• 5+ years in BD, partnerships, investment, tech or related sectors.
• Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and new opportunities.
• Strong commercial/financial evaluation skills.
• Experience working with senior management and investors.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• International experience and network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with overseas educational institutions, colleges, universities and training organisations.
• Develop priority overseas markets (China) for student recruitment.
• Establish articulation, progression and overseas pathway opportunities where appropriate.
• Represent the institution in meetings and negotiations with strategic partners locally and internationally.
• Identify new business opportunities that support the institution's growth and diversification.
• Develop new programmes, market opportunities and commercial initiatives in collaboration with academic and management teams.
• Represent the institution at overseas education fairs, conferences, business meetings and networking events.
• Build the institution's profile and reputation within relevant international education markets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business development opportunities.
