• 5–7 years in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
• Proven success in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
• Adaptability to fast-paced international school environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the school’s mission to support growth and sustainability.
• Develop and implement a corporate engagement strategy to enhance enrollment, branding, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to design corporate-linked programs such as scholarships, CSR initiatives, training, and internship pathways.
• Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions to expand business opportunities.
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
