Job summary

Enterprise Singapore seeks a strategic professional to shape and execute sector growth programs for Singapore's Diagnostics and MedTech ecosystem, spanning medical devices, SaMD, diagnostics, and life science tools. You will partner with startups and scale-ups to accelerate their market access and capability development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate preferred.
• At least 3 years of account management or business development experience in MedTech/diagnostics/healthtech.
• Strong understanding of MedTech regulatory frameworks and commercialization pathways.
• Knowledge of AI and digital health trends; data access and governance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sector strategies and programmes to support growth of Diagnostics and MedTech enterprises.
• Account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth companies to facilitate growth and market expansion.
• Engage with companies to understand needs and connect them with resources, partners, and funding.
• Drive AI and data initiatives, enabling secure access to research and clinical datasets for validation.
• Collaborate with government agencies, incubators, accelerators, and investors to nurture the ecosystem.
• Research local/global trends in Diagnostics, MedTech, Precision Medicine, and healthcare AI.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and promote adoption of best practices.
• Build relationships with healthcare institutions, research organisations, and regulators.
