Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's co11ab invites applications for a Senior Assistant Manager/Manager (Business Development & Programmes). Based at Singapore's biomedical innovation hub, the role leads startup attraction, partnerships and programme governance to accelerate clinical validation and market access for healthcare innovations.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will shape growth strategy, manage KPIs and grant compliance, and engage regional ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, biomedical sciences or healthcare is required.
• 6–8 years of senior experience in business development or ecosystem leadership in biomedical sectors.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare startup ecosystem.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract biomedical startups domestically and overseas.
• Lead startup recruitment, membership growth and partnerships to boost ecosystem quality.
• Manage programme governance, budgets, KPIs and grant compliance.
• Represent co11ab at regional and international ecosystem engagements.
• Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and prepare senior management reports.
• Foster collaborations among startups, clinicians, researchers and investors.
