Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Customer Success Manager, SME & Growth to manage a portfolio of SME customers in Southeast Asia. You will drive product adoption, retention and revenue growth, while partnering with sales, product, operations, marketing and strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You should be customer‑focused, commercially minded, and able to build trusted relationships across cross‑functional teams. Experience with CRM tools and a data‑driven approach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success with revenue growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and at least one SEA language.
• Ability to build relationships and drive activation across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers in Southeast Asia and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, marketing to deliver a great customer experience.
