Job summary

Electronic Arts Ltd. is seeking a Growth Operations Lead in Singapore (hybrid) to run the Growth operating rhythm, define metrics, and align cross-functional teams across Growth, Product, Design, Technology and Trust & Safety.

You will partner with Engineering on data, use escalation paths, and push for milestone readiness with platform partners. The role emphasizes scalable processes, automation-first thinking, and a strong focus on creator ecosystems and live-service operations to enable

Qualifications

5+ years experience in games, UGC or consumer platforms at scale.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferable.
Experience in a startup or scale-up where speed is normal.
Background in creator ecosystems, community platforms or live-service operations.
Experience working with app store partners on launch and policy review.

Responsibilities

Run the operating rhythm of Growth: performance reviews, gate reviews and decision forums.
Hold a single source of truth for plan, ownership and status that people use.
Protect progression gates, so we scale when milestones are met.
Turn learnings into playbooks and feed them back into the system.
