Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Growth lead in Singapore to shape and execute growth plans for ChatGPT across consumer and business segments.

You will partner with the Singapore GM to identify local opportunities and translate priorities into product improvements, funnel optimizations, and performance marketing tests. Collaboration spans Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, and Marketing to ship measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across product growth, growth marketing, data science, or growth strategy and operations.
• User-first track record turning local insights into product and growth priorities with measurable impact.
• Strong command of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels and rigorous experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the regional GM to set a country growth plan with clear hypotheses, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Use research, funnel data, and competitive insight to identify local friction and prioritize opportunities.
• Run performance marketing tests across channels, evaluate incrementality, CAC, payback, and LTV to decide what to scale.
• Design and run experiments across onboarding, activation, repeat usage, and paid conversion with cross-functional teams.
• Own the country growth scorecard across acquisition, retention, paid conversion, and unit economics.
