Job summary

Mr Su is seeking an Operations & Marketing Manager in Singapore to support business growth through sales analysis, marketing campaigns, customer engagement and outlet operations improvement.

In this role you will analyse sales data, plan promotions, coordinate with outlets and partners, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience and drive revenue in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in operations, marketing, customer management or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with turning sales data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data preparation, analysis and reporting; data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse outlet sales, order volumes, AVT and promo results with regular reports.
• Support sales targets, marketing plans and operational improvements.
• Plan festive promotions, new product launches and digital campaigns.
• Analyse purchasing behavior to drive membership and retention.
• Support delivery platform and online sales by monitoring orders and promos.
• Research local markets, competitors, pricing and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with outlets, kitchen, and partners to run promotions and launches.
• Develop and maintain business reporting, campaign evaluation, and feedback follow-up.
