Job summary

MR SU PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations & Marketing Manager to drive growth through data‑driven sales analysis, targeted marketing campaigns, and enhanced customer engagement. The role focuses on optimizing outlet operations, promotions and product launches to boost performance across the business.

You will coordinate with kitchen and outlet teams, analyze customer feedback, and develop retention initiatives while evaluating digital and on‑premise sales channels for impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least three years in operations, marketing, customer management or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data prep, analysis and reporting; data viz is a plus.
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse outlet sales, order volumes, average transaction values, product performance and promotional results, providing regular reports and practical recommendations.
• Support management in setting sales targets, developing marketing plans and implementing operational improvements.
• Plan and coordinate festive promotions, new product launches, meal bundles and digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Analyse customer purchasing behaviour and feedback to develop membership, customer retention and re‑engagement initiatives.
• Support delivery platform and online sales operations by monitoring order conversion, customer reviews and promotional performance.
• Conduct research on local markets, competitors, pricing and customer preferences to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, kitchen staff and external partners to implement promotions, product launches and service improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain business reporting, campaign evaluation and customer feedback follow‑up processes.
