Hytech is a leading management consulting firm expanding its Growth Operations function to drive wealth management penetration and AUM, with a secondary scope of card issuance and active card usage.

You will define North Star and process metrics, translate them into executable actions across product, marketing, and risk teams, and own data-driven funnel optimization with cost estimation and target setting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of product operations experience in internet or fintech.
• Able to independently own performance targets with quantified past achievements.
• Able to pull and run data, break down funnels, segment users, design experiments, and interpret results.
• Able to write operations-side requirement documents and secure engineering schedules with business data.
• Able to deliver presentations and enablement to sales with a proactive mindset.
• Strong cross-team collaboration awareness, proactively aligning with adjacent tracks on joint plans

Responsabilidades

• Define the North Star metric and process metrics for your area, break them down into executable operational actions, and be accountable for hitting the targets.
• Use data analysis to identify drop-off points in the user funnel, and deliver operational plans (path optimization, campaign mechanics, incentive rules, content and outreach strategy), including cost estimation and target setting.
• Write BRDs, work with product managers to secure scheduling, participate in PRD and test case reviews, and complete business acceptance after launch.
• Work with the Marketing team on GTM and materials (audience / selling points / pacing), align metric definitions and user tag requirements with the Data team, and align campaign rules and messaging with Risk Control & Compliance.
• Provide product briefings, talk tracks, and training materials, taking initiative rather than waiting for support.
