Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Strategy & Operations to drive global marketing initiatives for fintech and financial services clients. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape annual plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to grow brand presence and user engagement.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing with fluency in English and Chinese, and a track record managing large budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, brand or digital marketing managing large budgets.
• Fluency in Chinese and English required for business communication and copywriting.
• Strong cross-team communication and the ability to lead a team of 3+ people.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full-year marketing calendar and product promotion strategy.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects end to end.
• Oversee planning and execution of global campaigns and events.
• Develop integrated marketing plans combining paid, influencer, and organic content.
• Build a data-driven marketing evaluation system to optimize ROI.
