Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in-house and agency roles, with fintech exposure.
• Experience with paid ads channels, budget allocation, performance reporting, AB testing, etc.
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of brand campaigns.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand Go-to-Market activation, execution and management across digital channels.
• Project management for brand advertising and creative agencies, timelines and budgets.
• Creative and storytelling asset production including Brand Video Production and marketing materials.
• Maximise ROI by monitoring, analysing and reporting on marketing metrics.
• Market research and insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all materials.
