Job summary

Maker Lab in Singapore is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (CRM & Mobile) to drive data-led CRM programs across push, email and in-app channels. You will own end-to-end campaigns and coordinate with product and engineering to optimise customer journeys for a fintech-focused project.

You will analyse performance, report KPIs with the analytics team, and continuously improve messaging, targeting, and content. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of email, push notification and in-app marketing, CRM, or marketing campaign management experience.
• Experience in high-growth, technology-led matrix organisations, ideally with fintech exposure.
• Experience with mobile app and growth marketing/hacking.
• Experience with CRM marketing technology.
• Experience with SQL for growth/marketing analytics.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Data-driven decision making for campaign optimization.
• Excellent English communications and presentations; additional Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage scalable marketing communications via CRM programmes and product feature roll-outs.
• Plan and develop a monthly content calendar (push, email, in-app).
• Collaborate with internal teams on content, messaging, assets, and requirements.
• Own end-to-end process for push notifications, emails and in-app messages.
• Set up messages, target lists, QA testing, and scheduling of pushes.
• Report performance and KPIs with analytics teams.
