Sembcorp Group is seeking a seasoned Marketing & Partnerships leader to drive customer growth for its Singapore Energy Business. You will plan and execute marketing initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

In this role you will oversee go-to-market strategies, manage agencies and partners, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Affairs to deliver commercial outcomes and accelerate energy transition in Asia.

Competenze

• 6-10 years' experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, business development, growth marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, go-to-market execution and commercial growth.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, AEO, social media, paid media and content marketing.
• Experience in managing partnership, reseller, referral, or channel marketing programmes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and writing skills.

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaign roadmap,brand positioning, and channel mix for the customer segments.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing,partnership marketing, referral programmes, and community outreachinitiatives.
• Develop compellingcustomer value propositions and brand positioning.
• Lead the launch ofnew products, services, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee SEO, SEMand AEO initiatives to improve brand visibility, website performance, andcustomer acquisition.
• Develop andexecute partnership strategies to drive customer growth and marketexpansion.
• Identify,negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including businesses,affinity groups, trade associations, resellers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop reseller,referral, and co-marketing programmes to generate leads and revenue.
• Conduct regularbusiness reviews and performance tracking with key partners.
• Explore anddevelop partnership opportunities that strengthen customer engagement,acquisition, loyalty and commercial growth.
• Monitor marketdevelopments, consumer trends, competitor activities, and emergingopportunities.
• Track marketingand partnership performance through dashboards and analytics.
• Analyse campaineffectiveness and recommend improvements to maximise ROI and businessoutcomes.
• Present regularperformance updates and growth recommendations to management.
• Manage agencies,vendors, and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Collaborateclosely with Singapore Energy Business, Sales, Operations, CustomerExperience and Corporate Affairs teams to achieve business objectives.
