Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience and Corporate Affairs, you will manage agencies and partners, lead campaigns across digital channels, and translate insights into growth strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years' experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, go-to-market execution and commercial growth.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, AEO, social media, paid media and content marketing.
• Experience managing partnership, reseller, referral, or channel marketing programmes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and writing skills.
• Experience in energy, utilities, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, financial products, consumer products, or related sectors will be advantageous.
• Experience managing agencies and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels will be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaign roadmap, brand positioning, and channel mix for the customer segments.
• Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing, partnership marketing, referral programmes, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and brand positioning.
• Lead the launch of new products, services, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee SEO, SEM and AEO initiatives to improve brand visibility, website performance, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive customer growth and market expansion.
• Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including businesses, affinity groups, trade associations, resellers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop reseller, referral, and co-marketing programmes to generate leads and revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking with key partners.
• Explore and develop partnership opportunities that strengthen customer engagement, acquisition, loyalty and commercial growth.
