Sembcorp is seeking a seasoned Marketing & Partnerships leader to drive customer growth and brand presence for its Singapore Energy Business. You will plan and execute marketing initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns across multiple channels to strengthen customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in B2C marketing, partnerships, and growth initiatives within energy or related sectors.

Formación

• 6-10 years' experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, business development, growth marketing, or customer acquisition roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, and brand positioning for Singapore Energy Business.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through digital marketing, partnerships, referral programmes and community outreach.
• Lead partnerships and business development, manage strategic partners and channel programmes.
• Monitor market trends, campaign performance and ROI through dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with Singapore Energy Business, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience and Corporate Affairs.
