Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital/performance marketing experience, ideally with integrated campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with TikTok or emerging platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable managing budgets and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Proven ability to guide creatives, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with focus on enrolment, revenue and ROI targets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Planning: Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and maximise enrolment and revenue across centres.
• Integrated Campaigns & Activations: Oversee campaigns across digital advertising, community activations and partnerships; ensure brand consistency.
• Performance & Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse funnel performance; run A/B tests; identify scaling opportunities.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead teams and vendors; collaborate with Creative, Performance and Operations teams to meet objectives.
