Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital/performance marketing experience.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across online and offline.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads; TikTok is a plus.
• Comfortable budgeting and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Ability to guide creatives, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with focus on enrolment, revenue and ROI targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans with the team to maximise enrolment and revenue.
• Manage marketing budgets with accountability for ROI and CPA.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital advertising, partnerships and activations.
• Collaborate with centre managers and teams to achieve objectives.
• Analyse funnel performance and run A/B tests for optimisation.
