Job summary

SALT Talent is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Singapore for a 12-month contract to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You will craft and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, and other channels, collaborating with analytics teams to measure impact and optimize spend.

You will lead experimentation, leverage data-driven insights, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize marketing effectiveness for a major social media client.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth/ digital marketing focused on user acquisition or engagement.
• 8+ years designing and analyzing marketing experiments including A/B testing and incrementality.
• Experience using campaign metrics, cohort analysis, and funnel reporting to drive decisions.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communications skills.

In this role you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness

What will you be doing?

• Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency
• Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimisation and anomaly detection
• Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets, actively adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

What will you bring?

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement
• 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement, to drive data-informed decisions
• Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting) to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
