Job summary

Grab in Singapore is seeking a proactive Intern to support merchant growth operations. This full-time on-site role runs January to May 2026, working with Account Managers to manage communications, onboarding, data, and performance monitoring.

You will help prepare documentation, maintain CRM records, and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure timely service delivery and opportunities for merchant growth. You’ll also engage with AI tools and leverage Google Suite for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and keep deliverables organised.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and data management.
• Clarify merchant needs and follow through on actions; project work or volunteering counts.
• Organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative information; summarise findings.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date merchant records and document handoffs for teams.
• Experience engaging with AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with merchant communications, routine inquiries, reviews, and escalations.
• Prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, and summaries.
• Maintain accurate merchant information in the CRM and other databases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and transitions.
• Monitor account activities and performance; provide updates to the management team.
• Assist in planning and delivering Merchant Growth team events and activations.
