Job summary

R1 Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing activities and Creative Team in Singapore. You will oversee lead generation, paid advertising, content creation, campaign planning, social media, and performance tracking, while shaping the marketing direction and ensuring campaigns and creatives are executed on schedule.

You will plan campaigns, manage budgets, monitor market trends, and coordinate with Sales to optimize lead quality and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, performance marketing, or a related role.
• Experience managing a Creative or Marketing team.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Able to create marketing creatives from concept to final output.
• Able to create graphics, social media posts, advertisements, and short-form videos.
• Able to shoot and edit basic video content.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Able to write captions, hooks, headlines, ad copy, and calls-to-action.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good understanding of digital advertising and marketing performance.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and advertising budgets.
• Able to plan, delegate, and manage multiple campaigns and content requirements.
• Able to work closely with Sales and Management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to take ownership of the company’s overall marketing activities and Creative Team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the company’s monthly marketing activities and campaigns.
• Develop marketing ideas, promotions, and campaigns based on business needs and sales targets.
• Plan campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and remarketing.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities that may benefit the company.
• Ensure campaigns are planned, prepared, and launched according to schedule.
• Manage Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan campaigns based on budget, lead requirements, and business objectives.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns regularly.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure spending is used effectively.
• Track performance including CPL, CPM, CTR, frequency, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
• Test different creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign setups to improve results.
• Identify which campaigns and creatives are performing well and adjust accordingly.
• Plan and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create marketing creatives from scratch for advertisements and organic content.
• Develop concepts for Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels, Stories, and promotional materials.
• Create graphics, ad visuals, layouts, and other marketing materials when required.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content.
• Write hooks, headlines, captions, ad copy, and call-to-actions.
• Turn project photos and videos into suitable marketing content.
• Ensure content follows brand and direction.
• Review content performance and use results to improve future creatives.
• Manage and oversee the Creative Team.
• Plan and assign content and creative work based on requirements.
• Provide direction and feedback on videos, graphics, advertisements, and social media content.
• Ensure the team understands objectives behind each piece of content.
• Review creatives before publication or use in ads.
• Ensure content is completed on schedule and to standards.
• Guide the team on new ideas, formats, trends, and approaches.
• Monitor the team’s output for consistent content flow.
