Qualifications

• Demonstrable marketing experience and willingness to learn.
• Experience identifying target audiences and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends).
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Numerical literacy; able to analyze metrics and trends.
• Up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and measurement practices.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cross-platform integration of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Experiment with organic and paid channels across content and paid media.
• Produce engaging content for website and blog to attract target groups.
• Build relationships with industry partners, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets quarterly and annually.
• Oversee marketing materials from digital banners to brochures and case studies.
• Measure campaign performance and provide insights against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
