Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute email marketing, CRM, and customer retention campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with sales, design, content, product, and BD teams to ensure brand consistency.
