Job summary

Endowus is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to run full-funnel campaigns across Singapore and Hong Kong markets. You will own lifecycle strategies from ad discovery to retention, managing real budgets and reporting results in a regulated, AI-driven environment.

You will work with Product, Data, Compliance, and External vendors to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention, while exploring new tools to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to design and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify audiences and messages for lifecycle campaigns across EDMs, push, and in-app messages.
• Lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, Reddit, and other platforms with data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Client Advisory, and Investment Office to align customer journeys across channels.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency and deeper insights into campaigns.
