Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for its Singapore team on a full-time basis. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations—owning and optimizing processes that keep campaigns moving, data clean, and the pipeline healthy.

You’ll architect and experiment with AI workflows to scale output and drive insights. You’ll work with CRM, webinar platforms, and campaign management tools, collaborating across US and Singapore teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• AI interest and familiarity with vibecoding.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Comfortable working with data and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns from setup to post-campaign reporting.
• Integrate AI tools to automate tasks and analyze campaign data.
• Manage webinar events, lead routing, and attribution within the marketing stack.
• Audit and test AI/martech tools and build scalable playbooks.
• Document SOPs to scale operational efficiency.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
