Job summary

Concentrix Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of advertiser and agency relationships in our fast-paced ad-tech environment. You will drive retention and growth through campaign success, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Collaborating with product and technical teams, you will identify upsell opportunities, conduct regular business reviews, and educate clients on new ad formats and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in account management or customer success in ad tech.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS) and budget growth.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of advertiser or agency accounts, driving retention, growth, and long-term value through campaign success.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and increased budget allocation based on performance and new capabilities.
• Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring a high-quality experience for advertisers or agencies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers, sharing insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to address campaign issues and improve performance.
• Proactively identify risks to retention or performance and implement mitigation strategies.
• Educate advertisers or agencies on new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and platform enhancements.
• Use data and insights to guide advertisers or agencies toward best practices in AI-driven advertising.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, tracking account health, opportunities, and engagement.
• Partner with Customer Acquisition Representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign launch.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to improve product and go-to-market strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the platform as a strategic advertising partner.
• Meet or exceed revenue retention and growth targets within assigned accounts.
