Overview

1. Jumpstart and scale KlicklX’s contract trading business within 3-6 months.
2. Build and execute an aggressive agent network strategy to bring in cost-effective retail traffic.
3. Work closely with product, trading, marketing, and BD teams to craft growth loops and optimize user retention.
4. Generate measurable revenue impact through user acquisition and trading volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agent Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and incentivize regional agent partners, trading communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote KlicklX contract trading.
2. Performance Campaigns: Design and run performance-driven growth campaigns, rebates, referral bonuses, and volume-based incentives tailored to each agent’s network.
3. User Funnel Optimization: Optimize conversion funnels—from first click to first trade—to improve activation and retention.
4. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor acquisition strategies and uncover untapped growth channels.
5. Traffic ROI Management: Ensure high-quality traffic at low CAC through a performance-focused model.
6. Regional Expansion: Lead localized strategies across Asia, MENA, and LATAM to win emerging trader segments.

Who You Are

1. 3–6+ years in crypto exchange growth, trading platforms, or fintech user acquisition roles.
2. Deep understanding of derivatives/contract trading and how to drive stickiness among users.
3. Proven success managing affiliate/agent/KOL-based acquisition strategies in crypto or similar verticals.
4. Entrepreneurial and data-driven: you test fast, learn fast, and scale what works.
5. Fluent in English (Mandarin or other regional languages a plus).
6. Passionate about crypto, community, and Web3 user behavior.

Preferred Experience

1. Network in Southeast Asia, Middle East, or Latin American trading communities.
2. Experience scaling a product from 0 to 1 (especially trading-related).
3. Familiarity with rebate engines, CRM tools, and affiliate platforms.
4. Strong grasp of tokenomics and how to use incentives to shape growth.
