Job summary

CHANGER PLUS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a growth-focused marketing lead to design and execute a global GTM for our wallet app, with emphasis on high-retention user acquisition and strong brand positioning. You will build a network of crypto media, KOLs, and community channels across X, YouTube, and Telegram to drive viral growth and craft industry narratives in DeFi, L2s, and wallet security.

The role requires hands-on campaign management across Quest platforms, AMAs, and major events like

Qualifications

• 3+ years of core marketing/growth experience in the Crypto industry
• A ready-to-use rolodex of global crypto media, exchanges, project partners, and top-tier KOLs
• Deep understanding of Web3 growth loops and data-driven marketing
• Native Web3 fluency and understanding of crypto-native audience
• Exceptional English writing and speaking skills for PR content and thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the global GTM strategy for the wallet app with a focus on high-retention user acquisition and brand positioning

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Design and execute the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the wallet app, focusing on high-retention user acquisition and brand positioning.
• Media & Public Relations: Maintain and leverage a robust network of top-tier Crypto media outlets (e.g., Cointelegraph, CoinDesk, The Block) to secure exclusive features, deep-dive articles, and press releases.
• KOL & Community Matrix: Build and manage an international network of KOLs/KOCs across X (Twitter), YouTube, and Telegram to drive viral growth and organic discussion.
• Market Narrative: Stay ahead of industry trends (DeFi, L2s, Account Abstraction, RWA) to craft compelling narratives that differentiate our wallet in a crowded market.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to- end execution of growth campaigns, including Quest platforms , AMAs, and major offline events (Token2049, EthCC, etc.).

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of core marketing/growth experience in the Crypto industry, with a proven track record of scaling decentralized wallets.
• Resources: A "ready-to-use" rolodex of global crypto media, exchanges, project partners, and top-tier KOLs.
• Growth Hacking Skills: Deep understanding of Web3 growth loops (referral programs, points systems, liquidity incentives) and data-driven marketing.
• Native Web3 Fluency: A heavy DeFi/Web3 user who understands wallet security, multi-chain ecosystems, and the nuances of the "crypto-native" audience.
• Communication: Exceptional English writing and speaking skills, capable of producing high-quality Public relation content and thought leadership pieces.
