Everpure is seeking an Inside Partner Account Manager to join our Partner Sales team in Singapore. You will work with partners to develop business and support the adoption of Everpure solutions across prospects and existing customers.

You will collaborate closely with account teams, sales engineers, partner sales and enablement, marketing, and leadership to strengthen partner engagement and grow Everpure’s portfolio in Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to learn internal/external tools, partner programs and processes is the baseline for quickly solving partner inquiries.
• Strong multi-tasking to handle diverse issues and expedite resolution.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to solve partner inquiries.
• Demonstrated ability to improve internal/external processes to drive mid-long term success of partner engagements.

Aufgaben

• Navigate partners with knowledge of partner program details, partner portal and other partner tools
• Handle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments and issues
• Field and redirect inbound queries from partners
• Assist PAMs in onboarding new resellers and distributors
• Assessing operational processes and identifying opportunities to streamline
• Documenting new processes as they are introduced for partners
