Job summary

OOm Singapore is seeking an Account Manager who will become a trusted digital partner for clients, owning a portfolio and translating business objectives into digital strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta and Organic Social.

You will work with our specialist teams to turn performance data into practical business conversations, drive client retention, account growth and long-term value, and guide clients with confidence in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta, Organic Social)
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholders
• Experience in client retention, renewals and account growth
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of client objectives
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, proactive, and able to learn new digital and AI-driven approaches
• Hands-on Google and/or Meta experience is an advantage
• Agency experience preferred, especially with multiple external clients

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and be the primary contact for assigned accounts
• Understand clients’ business objectives and translate into digital priorities
• Develop and manage cross-channel strategies across SEO, Paid Media and Organic Social
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions
• Collaborate with internal specialists to validate and execute recommendations
• Lead renewal conversations and monitor upcoming renewals and changes in scope
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on needs and gaps
• Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights for clients
• Manage multiple accounts and stakeholders with strong service standards
• Continuously build knowledge across digital marketing and AI-enabled practices
