Qualifications

• Fluent, clear English communication in written and spoken form.
• 5–8 years in product management or growth at a fast-paced company.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, able to interpret data and turn it into strategy.
• Full ownership of projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Radically candid communication, delivered with care.
• User-obsessed with strong judgment and taste to distinguish good from great product.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy to expand audience and revenue, especially subscriptions.
• R&D new revenue streams in collaboration with the Editor in Chief.
• Own the roadmap and align stakeholders with clear tradeoffs.
• Build and manage the experimentation roadmap for validated insights.
• Monitor progress, perform gap analysis, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Be the expert on your users, digging into data to understand the audience.
• Ship with engineering, deliver on time, and iterate based on results.
