Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A with full-cycle budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience in internet, brokerage, or fintech sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for budgeting and data analysis; SQL capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual budgets for Singapore and U.S. markets and monitor variance reports.
• Review contracts, payments, and marketing proposals to manage financial risk and ensure compliance.
• Provide end-to-end project finance oversight for campaigns and growth initiatives, including ROI forecasting and post‑completion review.
• Deliver management reports using core metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI) and develop North Star metrics framework for marketing activities.
