Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group in Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner to deliver FP&A support, budgeting and insightful financial analysis. You will partner with business units to drive performance, build models and reports, and support data quality and process improvements.

The role requires a minimum of six years in FP&A / commercial finance, a finance degree, and strong Excel/data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years FP&A / commercial finance / business analytics experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• CA/CPA/CFA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support, budgeting, forecast preparation and variance analysis.
• Consolidate financial data and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and automation.
