Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in Singapore to hire a Finance Analyst Lead who will join the Singapore finance team. The role focuses on FP&A, partnering with business, operations and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.

You will lead annual budgeting, quarterly planning and rolling forecasts, build scenario models, and translate financial data into actionable insights. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and finance process automation.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly planning and rolling forecasting
• Drive FP&A, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers on financial and commercial matters
• Analyse business performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Support pricing analysis, business cases, RFPs and contract renewals
• Deliver management reporting and translate financial data into meaningful business insights
• Drive process improvement and automation across finance and reporting processes
